Cara Membuat Donat Kentang Sederhana, Hasil Empuk dan Mengembang Sempurna

 Ini donatnya sudah saya test, dan 3 hari di suhu ruang dalam wadah tertutup rapat donatnya masih lembut. Dan setelah 3 hari kemudian saya masukkan ke dalam kulkas, dan apabila mau di makan, dapat di letakkan di atas teflon, masak dengan api sangat kecil tanpa margarin atau minyak. Dan hasilnya bisa lembut lagi deh donatnya. Malah ada sensasi bakarnya gitu (jangan sampe gosong ya)

Ini nguleninya 20 menit dan ga sampai kalis elastis, cukup sampai rata dan lentur. Tapi hasilnya luembut berhari2..

Bahan

500 g tepung protein tinggi

300 g kentang kukus, haluskan

100 g gula halus

100 g margarin

2 sdt ragi instan

2 butir kuning telur

sejumput garam

1 sdm whipping cream bubuk

150 mL air hangat

Cara:

1. Pada gelas yg agak tinggi, tambah air hangat, 2-3 sdm gula (ambil dari takaran resep), dan ragi instan. Tutup gelasnya, tunggu beberapa menit hingga berbuih dan volumenya naik. Sisihkan.

2. Campur jadi satu, tepung, sisa gula halus, kentang, telur, whipping cream bubuk, garam, margarin, dan larutan ragi (cara 1) Uleni hingga tercampur rata.

3. Pindahkan adonan diatas papan (beri tepung agar tidak menempel). Uleni, gilas, banting 2 hingga adonan lentur,.

4. Bulatkan adonan, masukkan adonan ke dalam wadah, jangan lupa olesi margarin bagian atasnya biar ttp lembab. Tutup wadah dengan serbet atau plastik wrap. Tunggu hingga mengembang 2 kali lipat.

5. Kempiskan adonan (keluarkan udaranya), bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian (@45 g)

6. Bulatkan semua adonan yg sudah di bagi menjadi beberapa bagian. Lihat vidio lengkapnya di link bio di atas.

7. Setelah sedikit mengembang (jangan 2 kali mengembang, cukup sedikit mengembang) lubangi bagian tengahnya, bisa dengan tangan atau cetakan.

8. Goreng adonan dengan api sangat kecil (karena saat menggoreng masih ada proses pengembangan). Sekali balik saja agar terbentuk white ring dan tidak banyak minyak yg masuk.

9. Beri topping sesuai selera.
