Resep Siomay Ikan Tenggiri yang Empuk Gurih, Enak nya Gak Main - Main....

 SIOMAY IKAN TENGGIRI

Bahan :

500 gram ikan tenggiri giling
100 gram labusiam, parut
3 siung bawang merah, haluskan
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
250 gram tepung sagu
2 butir telur kocok lepas
½ sdt lada
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
2 sdt kecap asin
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 batang daun bawang, iris

Pelengkap siomay:

4 butir telur rebus
1 buah pare, cuci, potong2 , keluarkan isinya, rendam di air garam.
4 buah kentang kupas, kukus
4 buah tahu putih /goreng
1 kuntum kol, secukupnya, rebus /kukus, sisihkan, gulung.
Kuah kacang
Saos sambal
Jeruk limau
Bawang goreng

Cara membuat:

1. Panaskan panci kukusan, (saya dialasi kertas roti yang dibolong2i supaya gak lengket)
2. Campur semua bahan sampai tercampur rata. Bentuk dengan sendok, susun diatas panci kukusan. Untuk tahu, boleh digoreng dulu (saya, beri isian siomay di kedua sisi2nya dengan garpu. Untuk pare, beri isian siomay ditengahnya. Sisihkan.
3. Kukus semua siomay selama 15 menit hingga matang. Sajikan dengan saus kacang dan bahan pelengkap lainnya. Enjoy. •
