🍍nenas seckpnya, pot2
🌶️1/2 buah bwng bombai, pot2
🍍1/2buah paprika, pot2
🌶️1buah tomat pot 4
🍍6buah cabe kriting
🌶️4siung baput,cincang kasar 🍍Bumbu lain: garam,gula, saus tomat,saus cabe
Pengental: tepung kanji/maizena berik air aduk rata

Cara
🌶️panas kan minyak,tumis baput cincang smp wangi lalu masukkan nenas,cabe, tomat, duo saus aduk2 lalu beri air seckp nya. Biar kan mendidih,masak sebentar lg smp nenas nya mateng.
🍍lalu masuk kan gula dan garam,cek rasa
🌶️setlh itu masukkan bombay dan paprika masak lg,ckp sebentar sj. Lalu beri larutan tep kanji aduk smp kental
🍍saus asem manis nya siap disiram ke ikan/ayam/daging/bakso udang yg sdh digoreng
