 Bahan:
🍌500gr singkong parut sisihkan(500gr tanpa kulit)
🥥150grm gula merah sisir halus.
🍌100gr kelapa parut (ambil putihnya).
🥥50mlm santan kental(blh ganti kara)
🍌1,5sdt agar2 plain.
🥥Garam secukupnya.
🍌Daun pisang buat pembungkus, lap bersih.
🥥pisang kepok, kukus smp mateng lalu belah 2.

 Caranya:
🍌Masukkan semua bahan aduk rata.
🥥Setelah diaduk diamkan 30mnt smp meresap. Aduk rata baru di bungkus.
🍌Cara membungkus :
Ambil sehelai daun pisang beri adonan singkong tadi kira2 1sdm atau lebih masukkan pisang yg telah di potong tadi ditengah adonan singkong lipat seperti amplop,blakukan smp hbs.
🥥Panaskan kukusan terlbh dahulu lalu kukus hingga matang(30 mnt).
